Robert Duncan has worked in the airline industry for more than 40 years. During the last 18 years, he has gained extensive experience in the area of customs clearance and imports and exports. He is passionate about planes, trains and anything that goes - hence his involvement with freight forwarding and transportation services. Having begun his career as an engineer, he is focused on details and strives to provide efficient and cost-effective service at all times, whilst diligently seeking ways to continually improve.
